How do I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us within 1 hour of order placement via our customer service email email@example.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request to change or cancel your order. Once an order is processed we regret that it cannot be changed or cancelled.
Why was my order cancelled? We apologize if your order was cancelled. Please know that it can happen for a number of reasons including:
1. Incorrect billing address. This is typically your home address or location where the statement for your card is mailed. If you are using a freight forwarder, please enter your true billing address at checkout.
2. Limited stock availability.
3. Ordering from a country we do not service (including when traveling or visiting short term).
4. Please note: We are unable to reinstate an order once cancelled. You will need to revise and replace your order (if applicable) at www.fraktalbeauty.com
What if my order has already processed and the address is incorrect?
We advise you to please reroute your package through the carrier’s tracking page once shipped, usually in 1-3 business days after an order is submitted. Instructions on how to do this vary for each carrier and can be found below. Reroute options are only available online and are not available by calling the shipping company directly.
For any order with an incorrect address, we recommend checking your tracking information daily using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
What are the details surrounding your promotion codes? On occasion, Fraktal Beauty offers promotions that require a code for redemption. You can find information about our sitewide promotions listed at the top of the homepage of our site in the banner head (which will appear as a black bar with white text). If you click on this banner, you can check out the details for the current sitewide promotion to see if the items you are interested in are eligible, check the expiration of the promotion, and find out about any other terms and conditions. You may also want to sign up for our promotional emails by using the Sign up for Special Offers area, located in the bottom of the homepage, to ensure you don’t miss out on our exciting, email-exclusive offers. All offers and promotions are valid for set times and cannot be extended or applied to prior purchases. Rainchecks are not available for products that have gone out of stock or are out of stock during an offer. Promotional offers received on an order are not transferable for a future order, or valid towards exchanges. If your order is cancelled for any reason, any offers that were applied to that order, are not able to re-instated towards a new order if expired.
I noticed the price is lower today than yesterday when I placed my order. Can I get a price adjustment? We understand the desire to get the best deal on your favorite products! For this reason we regularly introduce new and exciting offers. Due to this, we are unable to match or adjust prices if the order is placed before a new offer is available. We outline these details in our email promotional notifications, as well as in our banner on the FraktalBeauty.com homepage.
Can I return or exchange an item?
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Fraktal Beauty purchase, simply return the unused portion and we will be happy to remit your account for the amount of the purchase. If you prefer, you may exchange it for another item(s). Why is my favorite product discontinued? Can I still purchase it?

OUT OF STOCK
The product I want is out of stock. How can I purchase it? We apologize for the any future delays in restocking, and we certainly understand how frustrating it can be when you’re unable to purchase your favorite products. At this time, we are unable to place orders for products that aren’t immediately available. For this reason we do not offer backorders for out of stock products.

Regrettably, samples are not available for general distribution. Samples are available periodically during special offers and also at checkout when you are making an online purchase. Do you test on animals?
At Fraktal Beauty, the safety of our consumers is our highest priority. We utilize the latest advances in non-animal safety testing to deliver products of the highest safety and quality to our consumers. We do not test our products or ingredients on animals, or ask others to test on our behalf.
What should I expect if I purchase a “Pre-Order” item?
Pre-Order is the ability to reserve a product prior to its official launch date. When you purchase a Pre-Order item, we will provide an estimated ship date for that item on your order confirmation email; this date is also visible in the Order History section of your account. Pre-Order items may ship separately from other items in your order, and you will receive a shipping confirmation email when the shipment occurs.
When will I be charged for a Pre-Order purchase?
Fraktal Beauty does not charge your credit or debit card until your item(s) has shipped. However, prior to shipment, your debit or credit card statement may show an “authorization hold,” which may look similar to a deduction from your account. These funds have not been deducted but are instead being reserved within your account to ensure that your order can be processed. The authorization hold will typically last from three to seven days, depending on the policy of your bank or card issuer.

DELETION OF USER CONTENT
If you wish to delete your user content, such as your ratings and reviews posting(s), on our website or in connection with our mobile applications, please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and include the following information in your deletion request: first name, last name, user name/screen name (if applicable), email address associated with our website and/or mobile applications, your reason for deleting the posting, and date(s) of posting(s) you wish to be delete (if you have it). If you have purchased via Online payment (not Cash on Delivery), then you will be refunded once our team confirms your request.
We carry out thorough quality check before processing the ordered item. We take utmost care while packing the product. At the same time we ensure that the packing is good such that the items won’t get damaged during transit. Please note that Fraktal Beauty is not liable for damages that are caused to the items during transit or transportation.
We will revise your returned product as soon as we receive it and if it follows the guidelines addressed above, we will proceed to issue a refund of your purchase. Your refund may take a couple of days to process but you will be notified when you receive your money.
Fraktal Beauty is not responsible for return shipping costs. Every shipping has to be paid by the customer, even if the item had free shipping in the first place, the customer has to pay for the shipping in return.
